Typical French Natural Horn of the 1820’s. Ideal for playing late classical and early romantic programmes. Used intensively for recitals and programmes containing beethoven symphonies or early-19th century repertoire.
The decoration wass in pretty bad condition (peeling off due to bad conservation circumstances), and was partially reconditioned and fixed with a varnish layer in 2012.
Makes a great couple with the other Courtois horn...
